  1. Open your message box in your mobile phone. 
  2. Type "REG" and then send it to 2121
  3. Within a minute you will receive a sms from 2121 with your Esewa Id (usually your phone number), Online Password and MPIN(mobile pin) .
  4. Keep your Password and MPIN very very secret because it can be misused , if anybody finds your mobile phone and your login credentials at the same time.

Esewa Balance Enquiry

  • Esewa user can check their account balance by sending text message to 2121 in following format.

         1234 BAL


       In above format first four digit is your MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) which was sent to your mobile phone when you did registration.



Change MPIN ( Mobile Personal Identification Number )

When a user is registered to Esewa from their mobile devices he/she gets a four digit MPIN number through sms. It is highly recommended to change it because of security issues. To change the MPIN number do the following and send it to 2121

1234 CPIN 5678

The first four digit is your old pin number and the last four digit will be your newly typed pin number.

It is strongly advised to keep MPIN secret , because in case of forgetting it , you have to contact ESEWA CUSTOMER CARE (1660-01-02121)



Buy Recharge Cards

Paying NTC Landline Telephone Bill

Esewa users can pay their NTC landline bill from mobile through Esewa. For minimizing risks Please double check the landline number.

Type as written below.

1234 PAY NTLL 100 14443524

In above example 1234 is your MPIN , 100 is bill amount and 14443524 is your landline telephone number. Remember don't include zero '0' in front of your landline phone number like 014443524.
